Builder/Corporate Logo Design

Creation, design and layout of base price sheet, inventory price sheet, standard features sheet, and floorplan/elevation sheets. (Client will need to provide logo of community on disk or purchase the community logo design package. Client will also need to provide floorplans and elevations in camera ready form (with no alterations or cleanup needed) on disk.)

Community Location Map
This entree is served in a pleasing format to use for directions in ads, flyers and other materials.
Creation, design and layout of customized map to community in color and black and white. Delivered on CD to client in various formats. Client will need to provide a sketched map of community with major roads, highways and interstates.
